Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, you can order as much or as little as you like. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $75 and a flat $10 shipping fee for smaller orders.

Our treats have a shelf life of around 2 years thanks to our careful production process. To maintain freshness, store them in a cool, dry place and seal the packaging tightly after opening.

No, all our treats are made with natural ingredients and contain no artificial additives or preservatives.
Shipping & Ordering
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently, we ship across Canada. However, we are planning to expand into the United States in early 2025, so stay tuned!
What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, there is a flat $10 shipping fee.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

How does buying in bulk reduce waste?
When you buy in bulk, you minimize the need for individual packaging, which reduces waste. Additionally, we use compostable case liners for our deliveries, making our packaging more eco-friendly.

How much should I feed my dog?
The amount depends on your dog’s size, age, and activity level. Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog’s daily caloric intake. For specific advice, consult your veterinarian.
